Small group classes (maximum of 4 clients) offer a personalized Pilates experience in an intimate setting. Rooted in the classical method, each session is thoughtfully guided to ensure individual attention, precise technique, and meaningful progression.
Private and semi-private sessions are designed for a fully individualized approach to Pilates. Each session is tailored to your body and specific goals, with focused attention on movement patterns, alignment, and progression to support lasting strength, mobility, and overall function.
Retreats offer an opportunity to step away from daily routines and reconnect with your body in a mountain setting. Through guided Pilates, time in nature, and space to rest and reset, each experience is designed to support strength, restoration, and a more intentional way of moving and living.
The Classical Method
Contrology, the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, is a system of exercises designed to create balanced strength, improved alignment, and efficient movement. Rooted in precision and control, classical Pilates follows a structured progression that builds strength from the inside out while supporting the body as a whole. Unlike contemporary approaches, the classical method remains true to the original sequence and system, offering a consistent and comprehensive approach to movement.
