Studio Policies
Studio Guidelines
Classes:
Cancel at least 6 hours before class.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit.
Class credits are non-transferable.
Private Sessions:
Private sessions must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of that session.
Sessions are non-transferable.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length. Clients arriving late will forfeit that time, and sessions will end at the scheduled time.
Studio Etiquette:
Arrive at least 5 minutes before class or session to settle in.
For the safety and flow of class, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the start time will not be admitted.
Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene.
Clothing with zippers, snaps, or rivets is not permitted on equipment.
To maintain a focused and uninterrupted environment, we ask that all phones be silenced before class or session begins.
Recording of any kind (video, audio, or photography) is not permitted. Unauthorized recording may result in removal from class or session.
Health & Safety:
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or limitations prior to class or session.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
Memberships, packages, private sessions, and Foundations Private Sessions are non-refundable.
Drop-In Group Pilates Classes canceled at least 6 hours before class will receive a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits are issued for unused, forfeited, or expired classes, sessions, or membership credits.
Studio Closures:
The studio may close periodically throughout the year.
Billing may be adjusted during closures.
Class credits and sessions will be extended when applicable.
No refunds or prorating will be issued.
By purchasing a membership, class package, drop-in, or private session, you agree to these studio policies.
Membership Guidelines
Membership Options:
Essentials Membership
4 apparatus-based group class credits + 1 all-level mat class credit per month
Precision Membership
8 apparatus-based group class credits + 1 all-level mat class credit per month
Class credits must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over.
All credits are non-transferable.
Commitment:
All memberships begin with a 3-month commitment and are designed to support consistent progress.
During this initial period:
Memberships may not be canceled
Members are responsible for all scheduled payments
After the initial 3 months, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis.
Billing:
Memberships are billed automatically each month on your billing date.
Any applicable fees or pricing differences based on payment method will be clearly shown at checkout.
Cancellation Policy:
After the initial 3-month commitment, memberships may be canceled with 5 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
If notice is not received within this window, the next billing cycle will be charged.
Freezes:
Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 3 months.
Memberships cannot be canceled while on hold.
Final payments still apply unless medically necessary.
Class Credits:
Membership class credits are valid only within the active billing cycle.
Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle and do not roll over.
Mat class access included in memberships is limited to one (1) per billing cycle and may not be converted into apparatus class credit.
All memberships are subject to the Studio Guidelines outlined above.
