Our Team
Jenn Lazetera
Jenn began practicing Pilates in 2013 while working as a petroleum engineer and quickly experienced its transformative impact on strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. What started as a personal outlet in a high-stress industry soon evolved into a new professional calling. In 2016, she completed a 500-hour comprehensive teacher training through Joie De Vivre Pilates in Denver and transitioned into teaching full time. That experience led her to pursue Pilates professionally, and over the past decade, she has taught, led, and owned multiple studios — both large and small — helping thousands of clients build strength and move with greater confidence.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jenn expanded into holistic wellness, completing a health coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, along with advanced training in gut health. Her work now integrates movement and lifestyle coaching to support personalized, sustainable approaches to strength, health, and overall well-being.
Known for her clear cueing and uplifting teaching style, Jenn empowers clients to move with strength and confidence. Through intimate Pilates retreats in Estes Park, Colorado, and private classical instruction in her boutique studio in Loveland, Colorado, she delivers highly personalized movement experiences designed to restore balance, build lasting strength, and support a more intentional way of living. She is currently pursuing her Master Instructor Certification in Classical Pilates with Lesley Logan, further deepening her expertise and commitment to the integrity of the method.
