Cancellation Policy

To maintain a consistent schedule and ensure availability for all clients, the following policies apply:

Private & Semi-Private Sessions

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made more than 12 hours in advance

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours or missed sessions will be charged in full

Small Group Classes

  • Cancellations must be made more than 12 hours in advance

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session

Retreats

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Final payment and cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended.
