Summer Free Mat Series

This summer, Pilates in the Rockies brought free Classical Pilates classes to the heart of Downtown Loveland with our Tuesday morning Mat Series at the Foundry Plaza.

From June through August, the community gathered each week for Pilates following Joseph Pilates’ original order of exercises, with a focus on strength, mobility, posture, and balanced movement. The outdoor series offered a welcoming opportunity to experience authentic Classical Pilates at no cost while moving together in the heart of downtown.

We loved sharing Pilates with the Loveland community throughout the summer and look forward to bringing more opportunities to move together in the future.
